FAQ's

Using the Bookstore:

1. You must make an account to checkout.

2. Use the email address associated with your D Camille App Account to ensure instant delivery.

3. Review your cart to ensure your order is accurate before checking out. There are no refunds on books or used merchandise.

4. If you forget your Bookstore password, you MUST use the Forgot Password feature at the login. For security purposes, the Tech Support cannot reset Bookstore passwords. 

Using the D Camille APP:

1. Create/Login to the APP with your email (same as Bookstore account) and password you created. (If you forget your APP password, Tech Support can provide you with a temporary one OR use the Forgot Password feature on the APP login page. Using the Forgot Password feature will prompt an email to be sent to you. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your Inbox.

2. When using the APP, if you prefer to flip pages: Use the Settings icon at the bottom of the page. Turn the SCROLL feature off. This will activate the FLIP Page feature.

3. If you have not updated your mobile APP, we suggest that you do so for a better user experience. For faster results, we suggest deleting the mobile version and reinstalling, since it is a large update and may take a longer time to update manually. (Update as of 12.1.21)

4. The web version of the APP requires no update and can be accessed on any phone, tablet or computer. Use dcamille.app in any browser to access your book title(s).
